Intermediate - Cool Warm Up Rhythm

  This is a fun little warm-up rhythm that I came up with one day.
It doesn't have to be played too fast, it sounds good at a medium-slow
pace.  All tom hits are played with the right hand and all open
high-hat hits are played with the left hand (as I've shown).  It has a
nice tom progression that seems to stand out a bit from the rest of
the rhythm.
