Basically it's just strumming the G#add9 chord with lots of reverb, delay and other effects.

Then, when the bass coming in strum these

The same thing is going on in a VESRE and it goes like this

Then song kinda repeats musically and it goes verse, chorus again and again
Outro is the same as the intro - just strumming G#add9 chord.
And that's it.

Still, if you want to play it without capo or on acoustic guitar, you can just use these 
chords (instead of those I gave you before)

Instead of G#add9 use A#m (6-6-6-8-8-6)
