Couldn't find a tab for this, so listened to it and had a go at tabbing it out myself by 
The chorus is iffy, but i think i've nailed the verses.

Capo on 3 to play along with the recording.

Intro (play twice):

Verse (play 4 times):

At the end of the 4th cycle, in the lead up to the chorus, strum the middle 4 strings, 
on 000230 (E --> e)

Chorus (strum the following chords)

C (X32030)
E minor (022030)
G (320030)
D (XX0230)

For the chorus, cycle through these chords 3 times, then on the 4th, omit the G and go 
from Em to D (so strum D for the duration you'd normally strum G and D).

For the "and just drive" at the end of the chorus, start the fingerpicking again.

As i said, i'm dubious about the chorus, but i think the verse is pretty much right.
