Great song from Arcade Fires Funeral period (best period imo). Been bothering myself 
over the fact that there was no tab for this, so I went ahead and gave it a shot.

Standard tuning, no capo

In this song, both Win and Rich are on guitars, so I'll write down their chords together 
and mark the chords played by Rich with a * at the end of them. Those who are without 
that symbol are played by win. Simple enough.

Intro:

Let all these chords ring except for the regular C. Just do some down strokes on it. 
(Listen to the song, you'll get it)

For the first to verses let the chords ring as well, except for the C.

In the background the violin plays a high pitch C and sliding ut to C# at the end of
