Notes: I watched the video on the Long Nights Are Gone CD to get this 
       as accurate as possible; I hope this version is finally right. 
       F#m7 can be played with or without the bass E note, it changes. 
       Carus shapes the fifth chords as full chords, but mostly just 
       plays those lower 3 strings.
