None of them
On the One Week recording Cresswell capos 1, while in many live recordings he doesn't capo, and here all chords are the standard tuning "shapes". He often hammers on/pulls off the B/A note on the A string in the G chord and the F#/G note on the high e string in the D chord. Also, he plays many of the chords as power chords, but as none of the chords are particularly tricky for the most part I left them as the basic chord. If you have any corrections, questions, or any alternate (more accurate) chords/shapes, please leave a comment and I'll do my best to fix it in the tab.
