Note: 
Instead of the single notes you can play the lower strings of the chord.
E.g. instead of only the G in the first chord play G and the B or even the D.
That makes it alot easier to play without a pick.
The rythm:
One hyphen is the sixtienth part of the 4 beat measure. You will want to
silence the strings before each beat of the 4 beat (1 2 3 4 as noted).
This is the way i play it, without the fancy stuff Darren puts in and without
the Louis Armstrong part inbetween.
