This is what I hear out of the David Bowie live cover of this song written by 
Simon and Garfunkel at The Concert For New York in 2002.
Some improvement is surely possible for some parts (thinking particularly of the 
ending of the break part « laughing on the bus »).
I believe it should be done in a ¾ rythm.
