This is 'Careless' by deadmau5. The timing in the intro is pretty hard to get a hang of, 
since the percussion is like 3/4 time and the chords are like 2/4?? (I have no clue lol)

Long story short: when it comes to the timing just listen to the song. 
When the vocal comes in the chords and percussion match up in 3/4 time. (like a waltz :D)

Standard tuning, no capo.
The chords in the intro just go three half steps lower every time. (if that's any help)
