Whos Gonna Carry You Home

Great band, easy song.
There are some variations in the chorus between chord changes i believe it's just the 2/4/2/0 fill.
That's all really other than the finger picking on the 3rd line of the chorus.
Capo 3rd fret.
All chords and fret #s are relative to the capo.

Chords
    G Dsus4/F# Cadd9 Em7

If I walk away then who's gonna carry you home?

We may have had a bit too much, but no one has to know. (he plucks through these chords at this part)
G 2/4/2/0 Cadd9

Verse 1:
G Dsus4/F# Cadd9
We came here for the weekend. It was your friend's idea.
Em7 Dsus4/F# Cadd9
It started as just a few of us, now everybody's here.
G Dsus4/F# Cadd9
You took my hand and you told me "Dan, I'm not really one for crowds",
Em7 Dsus4/F# Cadd9
You took off out the window as fast as legs allowed.

Pre Chorus:
Em7 Dsus4 Cadd9
I thought if you just slowed down we might start making sense.

Chorus:
G Dsus4/F# Cadd9
If I walk away then who's gonna carry you home?
G Dsus4/F3 Cadd9
If I walk away then who's gonna carry you home?
G Cadd9
We may have had a bit too much, but no one has to know. (he plucks through these chords at this part)
G 2/4/2/0 Cadd9
But if I walk away then who's gonna carry you home?
                    G
I'll carry you home.

Verse 2: (Same chords as Verse 1)
G Dsus4/F# Cadd9
So you shivered under covers in the tail end of the summer.
Em7 Dsus4/F# Cadd9
A certain sick no medicine could tame.
G Dsus4/F#
And we were just kids, that's the hardest part.
Cadd9 Em7
The things we build just to rip them apart.
Dsus4/F# Cadd9
Oh, you ripped me apart.

Pre Chorus: (Same as before)
Em7 Dsus4 Cadd9
I thought if you just slowed down we might start making sense.

Chorus: (Same)
G Dsus4/F# Cadd9
If I walk away then who's gonna carry you home?
G Dsus4/F3 Cadd9
If I walk away then who's gonna carry you home?
G Cadd9
I came here with my baby, I'm not leaving here alone. (he plucks through these chords at this part)
G 2/4/2/0 Cadd9
But if I walk away then who's gonna carry you home?
                    G
I'll carry you home.
