to be accompanied by an octave pedal to shift the note down. If
you don't have an octave pedal, the only other way to get that tone
is to downtune a 7 string, so it would be something like this

I don't feel that is likely how they played it in the studio,
but it gets you the same notes. You need that D below D, and
dropping the low B to get there makes more sense than trying
with a 6-string unless you have a baritone. Either way, the
down octave pedal is the best way to get this effect.

That's it for the song though. There are really intense riffs
and dissonances. Heavy song, especially if you have the
equipment for it.
