The chords sound pretty much there; they're not exact,
 especially EmII, but they're as close as you can get
without getting over complex.

And that's pretty much it. You just repeat the same chords for verse and chorus. If you
want to add things in which Gabe does. You can add hammer ons to the chords. Such as
when you play the A chord, you can hammer from 0 to 2 on the D string which your strum 
pattern to get a similar effect to the one Gabe plays.
