Forever Reign

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Forever Reign (Studio Version)" - Hillsong LIVE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
I do not take credit for taking the time of figuring these parts out, just tabbing them.
tab is taken from Lenny Julian's tutorial video on youtube, with very minor exceptions.
and God bless!

Tuning: Standard
CAPO 1
*Fret #'s are NOT relative to capo.*

Verse 2:
e|-15~~-------20~~---15~~----|
B|------15~~-----------------|
G|---------------------------|
D|---------------------------|
A|---------------------------|
E|---------------------------|

Pre-Chorus:
e|--1-1-1---------------1-1-1-----15-15-15-----|
B|--------5-5/13-13-13--------5-5/13-13-13-----|
G|---------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------|

Chorus:
e|--12-12-12-12-------15-15--12-12-12-12-------17-17---|
B|--------------15-15--------------------15-15---------|
G|-----------------------------------------------------| x3
D|-----------------------------------------------------|
A|-----------------------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------------|

Chorus (cont.)
e|12-12-12-12--------15-15--12-12-12-12---------------------15----------15-|
B|-------------15-15--------------------15-15-15-15-15~--13----15~---13----|
G|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|

e|----------15-----------15------------------------------------------------|
B|15~----13----15~----13----13~~~------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|

*For this next part here, the electric guitar fades in semi-quickly (beginning right
the word “creation”) and is ¾ full volume by the words “You are
You are here!” which are starting the next stanza.

1:47 – “..creation will proclaim” (C major chord, D shape)
e|-(12)--------------------------------------------------|
B|--13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13-13------|
G|--12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12------|
D|--10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10------|
A|-------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------|

I left the E note (12th fret, high E string) in parentheses and only typed it once
it’s really an optional note. To get the full C major triad, you have to add the major
which is that E note on the 12th fret. To get the fuller sound do that, but if you have
of distortion (which you shouldn’t!) on don’t even bother worrying about it.

1:56 – “You are God, You are God..” (G major triad, root position)
e|--10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10---|
B|--12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12---|
G|--12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12---|
D|-(12)--------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|

*At around 1:56, there is a faint reprise of the verse part (see part labeled
2:” tabbed up above) going on under the G major triad. I suggest having a second guitarist
that, if you have one that is.

Pre-chorus
2:02
e|--1-1-1---------------1-1-1-----15-15-15-----|
B|--------5-5/13-13-13--------5-5/13-13-13-----|
G|---------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------|

B|--------------15-15--------------------15-15---------|
G|-----------------------------------------------------| x3
D|-----------------------------------------------------|
A|-----------------------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------------|

Chorus (cont.)
e|12-12-12-12-------15-15-12-12-12-12------------------15--------15--------|
B|------------15-15-------------------15-15-15-15-15-13--13-15-13--13-15-13|
G|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Chorus (double cont.)
e|15--------15-------------------------------------------------------------|
B|--13-15-13--13~~~--------------------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Bridge:
e|-13~~-----12~~----10~~--------15~~------13~~------12~~----10~~-----------|
B|-----(13)-------8---------/13------(13)------(13)-------8----------------|
G|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------------|

*Notes in parentheses are not actually played in the studio version, but can be played
sound absolutely great.

Lead up to chorus at 2:59
e|---------------------------------------|
