Best Laid Plans

This is a song from the new James Blunt album "Some Kind Of Trouble".
I've figgured out the tabs from a live version on Youtube, so I'm not sure if the
song is higher or lower on the album. I've tried to make it accurate and it rest
should be quite perfect. Please comment for any suggestions.

 Capo on 1st.

 Asus2 :0 0 2 2 0 0
 Am7 :x 0 2 0 1 0
 Bsus4 :x 2 4 4 5 2
 D7 :x 0 0 2 1 2

 Verse 1:

 Em Bm
You don't like it in the shadows

 C G
but you won't let me shine a light

 Am Em
I would wash away your troubles

       Am Asus2 Am7
 But it seems

 Em Bm
The more that I hold on

 C G
The more that you let go

      Am Em
And I know, you better let somebody love you

    A ( Bsus4 ) B
or find yourself, on your own

 Chorus:
        C ( Am7 ) G
Tell me why all the best laid plans

       Em Bm
 fall apart in your hands

              C ( Am7 ) G
And my good intentions never end,

           D ( C ) D7
 the way I meant

 2nd Verse:
 Em Bm
If we don't talk about the future

               C G
Then should I just, follow you into the dark

      Am Em
Yeah, and does your silence keep you cold

           A ( Bsus4 ) B
While the cracks form on my heart

 Chorus:
         C ( A7 ) G
Tell me why all the best laid plans

      Em Bm
 fall apart in your hands

             C ( Am7 ) G
And my good intentions never end,

         D ( C ) D7
 the way I meant

 Bridge:
 C G
It seems to me some fine friends have watched you turn your back

 C Bm D
It seems you only want the things that you can't have.

 Chorus (2x) :
         C ( Am7 ) G
Tell me why all the best laid plans

      Em Bm
 fall apart in your hands

             C ( Am7 ) G
And my good intentions never end,

           D ( C ) D7
 the way I meant

 End on em.
