This song seems pretty simple to me. The bass is pretty hidden in the mix behind the 
and drums so its not the easiest to hear but i think that this is nearly 100% correct apart 
maybe the outro.

Bridge 1 - guitar is playing muted strings so i guess the bass could play it
too though i don't really hear it then there is a tiny bit of bass which is palm muted 
that repeats for the first part of the bridge.

It's a mixture of those two riffs. There may be other notes in there but i can't hear 
and those two fit over it fine.
