That's most of the song but there's another part (interlude?) that's a tad bit difficult to figure out cause there's a lot going on...but here's how I play it solo/live...it's not completely right but it sounds fine: e-------------------------| B-------------------------| G-------------------------| D--1-----------5----------| A-(1)--(x16)--(5)--(x16)--| D--1-----------5----------| Repeat a few times then strum Dm* for a bit and go back to main part. Pretty easy song...there are some treble notes in the verse/chorus that you can pick out if you'd like but it doesn't really matter...sounds fine either way.
