Tuning: down 1/2 step (Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb)|
Capo: none

(Note that the guitar is tuned down a half-step.)
There are two basic chord progressions in this song:

progression 1:
C# Bb Eb (that is: C# major -> B flat minor -> E flat minor)
(Yeah, I know the B flat minor looks weird as 'Bb'...oh well.)

C# Bb Eb C# Bb Eb
Eb |------|------|------| Eb |------|------|------|
Bb |------|------|------| Bb |---3--|------|------|
Gb |------|------|------| OR Gb |---2--|---4--|------|
Db |--12--|---9--|---2--| Db |---0--|---4--|---2--|
Ab |--12--|---9--|---2--| Ab |------|---2--|---2--|
Eb |--10--|---7--|---0--| Eb |------|------|---0--|

progression 2:
C# Bb Eb F G (that is: C# major -> B flat minor -> E flat minor -> F minor -> G major)

      C# Bb Eb F G C# Bb Eb F G
Eb |------|------|------|------| Eb |------|------|------|------|
Bb |------|------|------|------| Bb |---3--|------|------|------|
Gb |------|------|------|------| OR Gb |---2--|---4--|------|------|
Db |--12--|---9--|-2--4-|--5---| Db |---0--|---4--|-2--4-|--0---|
Ab |--12--|---9--|-2--4-|--5---| Ab |------|---2--|-2--4-|--2---|
Eb |--10--|---7--|-0--2-|--3---| Eb |------|------|-0--2-|--3---|

The start of the song (the part with just guitar) has a slide up to the
C# and plays progression 1. The first verse is progression 1 then
progression 2 (you can hear the Eb to f to G chords played right before
the chorus). The chorus is progression 2. The rest of the song follows
the same pattern: progression 1 in the verse, progression 2 at the end of
the verse and in the chorus. In the chorus, when he repeats "You and I
wouldn't change a thing..." he repeats the end of progression 2: Eb -> F -> G.
In the interlude/bridge (or whatever it might be called) after the second
chorus, he plays C# -> Eb -> F -> G.

As a side note: in my opinion, if you've only got one guitarist, it sounds
better to play the full chords in the chorus...something like:

      C# Bb Eb F G C# Bb Eb F G
Eb |---2--|---2--|-0--2-|--3---| Eb |---0--|---2--|-0--0-|--3---|
Bb |---3--|---3--|-0--2-|--3---| Bb |---3--|---3--|-0--0-|--3---|
Gb |---2--|---4--|-0--2-|--0---| OR Gb |---2--|---4--|-0--2-|--0---|
Db |---0--|---4--|-2--4-|--0---| Db |---0--|---4--|-2--4-|--0---|
Ab |------|---2--|-2--4-|--2---| Ab |------|---2--|-2--4-|--2---|
Eb |------|------|-0--2-|--3---| Eb |------|------|-0--x-|--3---|

The full chords give a more full sound to it. (-:

The electric guitar fills for various parts are below...
________________________________________________________

This is played during the bridge or whatever it is (starting at 2:12).
For this melody only, the numbers are realtive to the twelveth
fret (i.e. 1 means 13th fret, 2 means 14th fret, etc.):
|-2-------2-5-6-3-|
|-------5---------|
|---2-3-----------|
|-----------------|
|-----------------|
|-----------------|

Here's what the electric plays at the end of the song:
This plays (starting at 3:53):
("10" means tenth fret, not first fret then open, ditto for "11")
|---------|---------|-------------|---------|
|---------|---------|-------------|---------|
|-----7---|-----9---|-------11----|-----9---|
|-7-7---7-|-8-8---8-|-10-10----10-|-8-8---8-|
|---------|---------|-------------|---------|
|---------|---------|-------------|---------|

|---------|---------|-------------|---------|
|---------|---------|-------------|---------|
|-----7---|-----9---|-------11----|-----9---|
|-7-7---7-|-8-8---8-|-10-10----10-|-8-8---8-|
|---------|---------|-------------|---------|
|---------|---------|-------------|---------|

Then this plays (starting at 4:08):
|----------|----------|-----------------|----------|
|----------|----------|-----------------|----------|
|--7-7--7-7|--9-9--9-9|---11--11--11--11|--9-9--9-9|
|-7-7----7-|-8-8----8-|-10--10------10--|-8-8----8-|
|----------|----------|-----------------|----------|
|----------|----------|-----------------|----------|

|----------|----------|-----------------|----------|
|----------|----------|-----------------|----------|
|--7-7--7-7|--9-9--9-9|---11--11--11--11|-9--------|
|-7-7----7-|-8-8----8-|-10--10------10--|-8--------|
|----------|----------|-----------------|----------|
|----------|----------|-----------------|----------|

Then there's this (starting at 4:22):
("x" means mute the string, "s" means slide)
|-----------|------------|------------|
|-----------|------------|------------|
|-5s7--7--7-|-5-5s7--7-7-|-7s10--10s5-|
|-x-x--x--x-|-x-x-x--x-x-|-x-x---x-sx-|
|-3s5--5--5-|-3-3s5--5-5-|-5s8---8-s3-|
|-----------|------------|------------|

|-----------|------------|-----------|
|-----------|------------|-----------|
|-5s7--7--7-|-5-5s7--7-7-|-5-5---5-5-|
|-x-x--x--x-|-x-x-x--x-x-|-x-x---x-x-|
|-3s5--5--5-|-3-3s5--5-5-|-3-3---3-3-|
|-----------|------------|-----------|

Listen for the timings in the last part, it's not too difficult.
