The wonderful last song on "The Bedside Drama". As with any Of Montreal song,
there are almost as many chords as there are words; I tried to be as detailed
with the chords as I could, but I may have missed or misinterpreted a few. Listen
along with his voice and try to add or subtract notes according to the melody,
and change the chords to suit you. (n/c) means stop playing and sing. I may
easily be wrong about the capo, i didnt realize my guitar was a half step sharp
when I transcribed this. If anyone comes up with a regular version they should
totally put it on the internet.

Intro: Bm Db

A (n/c) D
It's easy to sleep when you're dead
Ebdim Bb G
But you're unable to touch your loved ones
Ab A Ebdim Bm Db
Give them kisses or see them smile at you
A (n/c) D
It's easy to sleep when you're dead
Ebdim Bb G
But you give up your whole life's work
    Ab A Ebdim Bm Db
And never can reverse the bad things that you did

        B E
While alive you still have hope
              D D
That when you die it might be better
Eb (n/c) Bb Eb
When you die you are dead
                  C Bb D Eb
And you know for sure if it's better, if it's better, if it's better
  Bm C7b5
I hope it's better

A (n/c) D
It's easy to sleep when you're dead
Ebdim Bb G
Though you can't feel the warmth of summer
Ab A Ebdim Bm Db
Smell the flowers of spring, or drink cider in the fall
A (n/c) D
It's easy to sleep when you're dead
Ebdim Bb G
Though it's too late to say the words
     Ab A Ebdim Bm Db
You wanted them to hear when you didn't have the nerve

           B E D D
You get to spend eternity thinking about your life
Eb (n/c) Bb Eb
Think of all the time that is
     C Bb D Eb
Cuz eternity is forever, is forever, is forever
            Bm C7b5
What will I do forever?

        F Bb Eb
At this time there is nothing you can change
         Cm Dm Bb G#
You can only sit and watch and hope they understand

(evil noises here)

A (n/c) D
It's easy to sleep when you're dead
Ebdim Bb G Am A
Because there isn't anything else to do but sleep
       Ebdim Bm Db
I feel sorry for the dead

Outro: strum A and sing hula's for as long as you please.
