Furnace Fan

Couldn't find this one on here and its such a fun and easy song to play. even more fun
if you throw a little
twang into your singing! I'm not much of a picker so you can try to do the intro

Intro - It's in C. You can throw in an F here and there to get things going

Verse 1:
C F C
We were at the Rhythm room in Scottsdale Arizona

it was in the summertime
   F G
it must have been 02
C F C
we got there way too early and we sat around for hours

we loaded in when the man came down
         G C (Again, try F then C then F for some fun)
and the smushball game was through

V2
C F C
You can fry an egg out there on a city sidewalk
                      F G
You can fry your bacon and and and and and
C F C
I understand why lizards live in sunny Arizona
                                   G C
why people do and call it home ill never understand

Chorus:
F C
its hotter than a furnace fan out in Arizona
G F C
110 ain't nothin when you live out there you see
F C
stars come out they scream and shout hey its good to know u
          G F C
if you're going there and you don't mind say hello for me

V3
Uncle Joe he lives out there in Phoenix Arizona
he wears a cap that spells it out, "Hi, I'm Uncle Joe"
His kids in the restaurant biz
so he bought us fourteen boxes
of chicken strips and ranch-style dip
and wings from buffalo

Chorus
F C
its hotter than a furnace fan out in Arizona
G F C
110 ain't nothin when you live out there you see
F C
the stars come out they scream and shout hey its good to know u
          G F C
if you're going there and you don't mind say hello for me

Solo- same as chorus

V4
the room was small but the crowd turned out in Scottsdale Arizona
they listened to the stuff we played
and sometimes sang along
we finished up but they wanted more
so we kept right on playing
we played and stayed in the desert shade
till we played up every song

Chorus
F C
its hotter than a furnace fan out in Arizona
G F C
110 ain't nothin when you live out there you see
F C
the stars come out they scream and shout hey its good to know u
          G F C
if you're going there and you don't mind say hello for me

Refrain
G F C
if you're going there and you don't mind say hello for me
