Song: Had Enough
Band: Telegraph (formerly the Skolars)
Album: 10 Songs and more (1997)
Written by Telegraph
Transcribed by Luke Knox ([email protected])

This is a great song by a great ska band from Detroit, Telegraph. Check
out their CD, you might find it with the name Skolars on it, but it's the
same band, same songs, just a different name. Anyway, here's my version,
with my version of the lyrics:

Intro:
   D F# G F# G A

Verse: Bass only plays D F# G A
D F#
He can't believe this world, where all his problems coming
              G A
from, they're rapid-fire now and he can't believe his eyes.
D F#
It really blows the mind, he rages just to pass the time.
G A
Someone's gotta make a change but, he's had enough.

(Guitar comes in for chorus)
(Chorus):
D G
Who are we to try label people?
A
We cannot turn out backs on all our brothers.
D G
Who are we if no-one can be equal?
A
Who are we. . . in other's eyes?

D F# G (2x)
(Guitar plays along with bass for the rest of the song, using the same
progressions for the verse and chorus).
(Verse):
She can't believe this world, the world steps on her cause she's a girl,
well sometimes it seems that she should
just pack it up. It really blows the mind, she argues but it's a waste of
time. Someone's gotta make a change but, she's had enough.
(Chorus):
Who are we to try and label people?
We cannot turn our backs on our sisters.
Who are we if no-one can be equal?
Who are we. . . in other's eyes?
D F# G (2x)
(Verse):
They can't believe this world, about to turn their backs and to be the
part, well sometimes it seems if you ignore it then it's gone. It really
blows the mind, the apathy of all mankind. Someone's gotta make a change
but no-one's getting up.
(Chorus):
Who are we to try and label people?
We cannot turn our backs on all of these people.
Who are we if no-one can be equal?
Who are we. . . in others eyes?

Chords over bridge: D - F# - D - G - A - B - Hi C# - Hi D
(I'm not real sure about the first half of this part)

D F# G (2x)
(Verse):
I can't believe this world, where people can't admit 's their turn,
excuse is not an answer so don't be giving up. We all know fair's hard,
if you don't move that's where you are. Someone's gotta make a change
cause I've had enough.

There it is! The lyrics were my own interpretation, and may not be
perfect, but I'm sure about the chords. E-mail me, all you fellow
Skolars/Telegraph fans out there.
