The Digital Age does this song in D# the same as hill-songs acoustic session 
if you capo 3 the song your chords would be (Am G/B C G F)instead of (Cm A#/D D# A# G#)
Jack plays in standard tuning so the lead is just chord inversions
Mark leaves his Rickenbacker open E most of the time but I am unsure if that's what he is playing it in
I think he half steps it down in open E so open D# so (D#-A#-D#-G-A#-D#) Good luck and God Bless
